Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $22/hour

Experience: Previous experience in multi-family residential maintenance required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Type: Part-time;
Temporary

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs.
• Perform regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and building systems.
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues.
• Complete carpentry tasks, such as patching walls and repairing doors.
• Maintain exterior grounds, including landscaping and general upkeep.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and inspections.
• Communicate maintenance needs and updates with property management and residents.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
