Typical Duties & Requirements:
* Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
* Repair jobs and roof maintenance. Working knowledge of commercial/ industrial roofing procedures and safety.
* Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit, metal roof repairs and slope tiles/ shingles.
* Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required.
* Must pass pre-employment drug screening test.
* 10 years of roof experience (preferred).
* Speak English & Spanish (preferred).
* Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.
Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:
* Starting $23.50 per hour. Salary is based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
* Paid recognized Holidays.
* 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
