Lunacon Construction Group is looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman or Journeyman Electrician to support our growing portfolio of commercial and public-sector projects.

What You'll Do
- Perform and oversee electrical installations in accordance with plans, specifications, and code requirements.
- Lead daily electrical activities on site and coordinate with superintendents and project managers.
- Supervise crews (Foreman role) and assign tasks to ensure productivity and quality.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Coordinate electrical rough-ins, trim-out, and final connections with other trades.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, power, panels, feeders, and controls.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, project requirements, and safety standards.
- Support inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent field experience.
- 5+ years of commercial construction electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents and electrical drawings.
- Experience coordinating with other trades on active jobsites.
- Foreman or lead electrician experience.
- Experience on public-sector, municipal, or federal projects.
- Familiarity with jobsite documentation tools (Procore a plus).
- Experience with lighting controls, power distribution, and finish electrical work.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
