We are searching for a Field Service Technician to report to a Territory Field Supervisor. The candidate will help deliver the highest standard of commercial maintenance and customer service. This role is ideal for a passionate, skilled commercial technician who is detail‑oriented, self‑starter, enjoys travel, variety, autonomy, and thrives in a supportive, growing company.

- Leverage 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring. Use a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification, proven mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service with minimal supervision.
- Act as the eyes and ears in the field, completing service tickets in a designated territory in a cost‑conscious, high‑quality, timely manner.
- Maintain clear lines of professional communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff regarding open issues and progress of all assigned work, including thorough documentation.
- Be flexible and cooperative with fellow employees and customers while displaying a high level of professionalism.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
- Travel up to 500–2,000 miles per week with paid mileage reimbursement.
- Meet demands of a flexible schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
- Provide your own reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment (e.g., 16 ft., ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine), a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and a suitable toolbox.
- Be comfortable with technology, using industry‑specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate with teammates, and document service activities.
- Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
