Power washing experience is NOT required. Experience in home services (pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, handyman services, etc.) is highly valued.

Rolling Suds is seeking a motivated Lead Power Washing Technician to join our growing team! As the Lead Power Washing Technician you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residential clients, ensuring high-quality results and leading by example on every job site. With over 35 years of experience in exterior cleaning, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.

• Supervise and train your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Lead a small crew on soft wash and power washing projects
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain equipment and company vehicles in excellent working condition
• Assist with scheduling, job site logistics, and client follow-ups as needed
• Use technology for job site reporting

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, lawn care, or related fields
• Physically fit:
  Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must pass background check
• Comfortable working at heights with ladders; willing to be trained on lifts and boom equipment
