In 1944, a group of regional truck lease company owners met in Chicago to discuss how they could work together to provide maintenance for one another as their trucks began to travel across the country. From that meeting, Nationa Lease was born. Today, maintenance and the technicians who provide it still form the backbone of the Nationa Lease system. Opportunity to use exceptional skills and knowledge to support overall business goals while mentoring and developing other technicians. Will work very closely with the management team to provide insight on overall shop operations.

• Utilize advanced diagnostic computer equipment/software in the analysis, diagnosis, repair of gasoline and diesel engines and their related subsystems/components.
• Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
  Update supervisor and computer systems on work performed.
• Follow procedures related to obtaining parts for jobs assigned.
• Assure warranty procedures are followed.
  Participate and complete Manufacturing training to obtain certifications.

Ability to work on trucks, climbing into and out of, crawling under to make repairs.
Ability to work safely and promote safety in the workplace.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and electronic repair and troubleshooting manuals.
Ability to use PC to update work order status and explain maintenance and repairs.
Ability to explain verbally and written form the status of work orders.
Ability to keep management aware of any concerns in the shop.
Must be dependable.

$35.00 to $40.00 hourly rate.

• Strong mechanical and electrical experience.
• Strong diagnostic ability and familiarity with OEM software.
• 7+ years of experience working on gas/diesel equipment.
  Refrigeration unit experience a plus.
• CDL B, or willingness to obtain it in 120 days.
• ASE Certifications, preferred. Our goal would be to have this individual fully certified.
• For Pennsylvania Locations – PA State Inspection License
• For Miami, Florida – Miami/Dade County License
