We’re looking for skilled, motivated Trailer Mechanics to join our team and help keep America’s fleets moving.

Trailer Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing semi-trailers to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This position calls for strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of trailer systems.

• Starting pay: $25–$35/hr, depending on experience
• Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses (eligible after 90 days)

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair all major trailer systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace faulty components
• Perform preventive maintenance on ABS, frames, bodies, doors, tires, and electrical systems
• Work independently while delivering high-quality service
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Safely operate a mobile service truck when required
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maximize fleet uptime
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards

• Proven experience as a Trailer Mechanic
• Solid understanding of trailer repair and maintenance techniques
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
