Renewal by Andersen is the full‑service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are looking for experienced window and door subcontracting installation crews to partner with! Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of homeowners, colleagues, and communities.

PURPOSE: Our subcontracting partners are masters at their craft and provide superior service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures work sites are set up.
• Performs basic to routine window or door installations and removal.
• Performs work site tear down and clean‑up of the entire job site in accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines.
• Works with integrity and provides world‑class customer service to Renewal by Andersen’s customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Self‑motivation and results orientation.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Provide references of past work.
• Ownership of own truck, trailer, and tools.
• Scheduled availability when homeowners are available (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.).
• Time and work‑process management skills for independent work.
• Possess a Certified Lead Renovator certificate.

Provide Certificate Insurance with the following requirements:

• General Liability – $1 Million each occurrence.
• Automobile Liability – $1 Million combined single limit.
• Worker's Compensation – $1 Million policy limit.
