Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6pm to 7am

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 10pm to 6am

• Access Control & Gatehouse: Monitor and control access to the property, including residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the property, both on foot and in a vehicle, to deter crime and identify potential hazards.
• Incident Response: Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, including but not limited to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
• Report Writing: Document all incidents and observations in clear and concise reports.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Security Systems: Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluently communicate in both English and Spanish.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security officer license (if required by state law).
• Previous experience in the security field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to perform duties, including standing, walking, and running.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
