Job Skills / RequirementsSunstates Security is currently seeking a Shift Lead with strong customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to represent our company with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Pay
Schedule:
Weekly pay
- Must have an active security license
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to remain alert, courteous, and attentive at all times
- Greeting and assisting visitors and employees
- Monitoring staff and site activity
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following site procedures and maintaining a secure environment
- Completing logs, reports, and other required documentation
- Communicating with the supervisor regarding site operations
- Assisting with scheduling and training
- Handling callouts and adjusting staffing as needed

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
