Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a government location, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter checkpoints; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.;
Monitor access points and government facilities for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report concerns according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with site representatives and/or public responders, and documenting actions taken.;
Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate key information to supervisors and/or oncoming officers during shift transitions.
