Security Officer - Armed Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas and perimeter locations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and Allied Universal management as needed;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns and/or policy violations;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs and other required documentation; follow licensing, training and use-of-force guidelines
