Join Allied Universal in the role of Security Officer – Armed Bike Patrol (Government) in Homestead, FL. This full‑time position requires both armed and driving responsibilities to patrol government sites, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.

Pay Rate: $27.01 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Day Time Tue 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Wed 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Thu 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
- Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, incidents, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats.
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and protocols regarding firearm use while on duty.
- Three years combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license (eligible for driving positions).
- Ability to ride a bike.
- Background investigation required under federal, state, and local laws.
- Drug screen as permitted by law.
- Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws.
