We are looking for a hands-on Account Executive (AE) to lead Salesforce-focused business development and new client acquisition within the U.S. mid-market segment. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who excels at direct client engagement, understands how to sell consulting projects (not just licenses), and can manage complex buying processes involving IT and business stakeholders.

You will own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and prospecting to proposal development, negotiation, and closing — working closely with BRQ’s Salesforce delivery teams and the nearshore team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for Salesforce services and digital transformation projects in the U.S. mid-market.
  • Develop and execute a territory/account plan focused on new client acquisition and account growth.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients in the U.S. (primarily East Coast).
  • Qualify opportunities and lead discovery workshops to understand business challenges and CRM needs.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT decision-makers (Sales, Services, Marketing, Operations, Digital).
  • Coordinate solutions and proposals with Salesforce architects and BRQ’s delivery leadership.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account plans using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDR teams, and Salesforce partners on campaigns, events, and joint initiatives.
  • Represent BRQ at industry events, Salesforce community events, and partner activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and new customer targets.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in technology or consulting services.
  • Proven track record of selling Salesforce projects or CRM consulting services to U.S. mid-market companies.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills.
  • Comfortable working in a field-sales model (client visits, events, partner meetings).
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Account Executives, Partners, ISVs, or user groups).
  • Experience selling implementation programs, AMS, or digital transformation initiatives (not just SaaS subscriptions).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service).
  • Experience working with nearshore or global delivery teams.
  • Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, or Logistics.
  • Based on or willing to travel frequently within the U.S. East Coast.
