Tiny House Society is looking for a creative, motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is very good at building relationships, high energy, thinks creatively, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to work in an emerging industry centered around alternative and sustainable living.
Your main focus currently will be to help grow our seller base from 50 current subscribers to 300 by the end of the year by reaching out to Tiny Home and Campervan sellers on Facebook Marketplace and Tik Tok. We will train you how to communicate the marketing services we offer at Tiny House Society. We would like to convert Tiny Home and Campervan sellers into subscribed clients.
This is a flexible part-time, on-site role as a Marketing and Advertising Assistant based in Miami, FL in a residential building coworking area. You will connect with seller/buyer leads and use social media platforms to build relationships, create awareness, and drive revenue. You’ll have the freedom to test ideas, experiment with non-traditional marketing strategies, and make a real impact.
CompensationStarting pay is $20 hourly + $200 Bonus if any Tiny Home or Campervan sells that you brought onboard through your outreach efforts! If monthly sales goal is not met your hourly pay is maintained at $10 hourly.
Key Responsibilities- Seller Outreach & Subscriptions
Grow our subscriptions from 50 to more than 300 within this year.
Your efforts should result in at least 1 Tiny Home sold by anyone on our team per month. You will support both buyers and sellers through a smooth, positive sales process. Coordinate phone introductions, Face Time tours, and schedule delivery when needed! - Marketplace & Listing Management
Connect with Tiny Home sellers on Facebook Marketplace and guide them through the listing process. Create and upload Tiny Home listings across multiple platforms. Gather accurate and complete details from sellers to build compelling, high-quality listings. - Buyer Follow-Up
Call and follow up with interested Tiny Home buyers. Answer questions, provide additional information, and build rapport.
- A deep interest in the Tiny Home movement and sustainable living.
- An iPhone and a Mac Book.
- Basic marketing knowledge with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and online selling platforms.
- Exceptional written communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your time effectively.
