Facility Maintenance Company seeks an EXPERIENCED OUTSIDE SALES PRO for B2B sales.

We seek a MOTIVATED, HUNGRY, Go GETTER who is dedicated, tenacious, with vision. Should have a professional appearance and good communication skills in English AND Spanish.

• Consultative selling of our services, present our company to potential clients and represent us at trade organizations and events.
• Create and Develop business relationships with Building Owners, Business Owners, Property Management Companies, Real Estate Developers and Managers, Car Dealerships, Medical and Dental Practices, Retail Establishments, and other commercial interests.
• Prospect for sales leads and targets, approach in timely fashion and quote business.
• Network with trade associations, professional associations, chambers of commerce, etc.
• Identify “Top 25 Targets” and contacts to develop into potential clients within first 45 days.
• Prepare a weekly sales effort report.
• Compile, maintain and manage a list of Prospects and their contact information.
• Conduct daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport.
• Provide owners with one‑on‑one meetings (closing appointments).

• Experience in B2B sales and strong written and verbal communication skills in English AND Spanish.
• Bilingual in English AND Spanish in reading, writing and speaking required due to our market areas.
• Verifiable experience in a sales and/or business development role in B2B or service industry.
• B2B sales experience in commercial contract or services sales is desirable plus.
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, written communication skills and excellent appearance.
• Experience in commercial maintenance and cleaning services is a desirable plus.
• Degrees are great – results matters most!
• Must personally make client and prospect visits in the field, prospect for new clients and grow business base.
