Description
Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients at all times.
Respond promptly, professionally, with clear communication across all channels, representing Concord Hospitality.
Demonstrate excellent time management, self‑motivation, proactive planning, and keen attention to detail.
- Maintain existing accounts/segments and develop new business for the hotel.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of pre‑event, event, and post‑event details: track, detail, and communicate particulars of each assigned account, group, or event.
- Assist with projects, reports, training, coaching, performance evaluation and supervision of employees as directed by the Director of Sales and General Manager.
- Work with internal and external partners to accurately forecast group rooms and F & B revenues, and understand conditions and strategies that maximize released space and impact hotel revenues.
- Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, and learn about function space, audio‑visual, and other event success details.
- Consistently attain sales activity and individual revenue goals, including proactive and reactive calls, tours and appointments as outlined by Concord, RVPSM, and supervisor.
- Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process, etc.) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies (Marketing Plan, rates, budgeted goals, etc.) to implement tools and resources to accomplish goals.
- Participate in all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, and training.
- Work collaboratively, fostering teamwork and an entrepreneurial spirit to make the best decisions for the hotel and achieve team goals.
- Own career development for self and direct reports: advocate for training, job opportunities, and growth.
- Carry out reasonable requests made by Management and comply with company policies and procedures.
