Job Summary:

Toyota of North Miami is seeking an experienced Parts Outside Sales representative to join our Parts Sales Team. This position requires an individual with excellent customer service and sales skills, as well as strong organizational and communication abilities. As the Parts Outside Sales representative, you will develop relationships with current and prospective customers, achieving sales targets and driving business growth. In addition to the competitive commission-based compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefit package.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Parts Outside Sales Representative will be compensated on a commission basis with potential for increased earnings. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefit package which includes free employee HMO health coverage with UHC/Neighborhood Health , vision, and dental insurance, Disability, Life Insurance and a 25% quarterly match on 401k!

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with current and prospective customers in the auto industry
• Achieve sales performance goals and contribute to the growth of the company
• Generate new leads through effective cold calling and emailing
• Track and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for increased sales
• Use customer feedback to make adjustments and modifications to service levels
• Utilize an understanding of customer budgets to create competitive product proposals
• Utilize customer service skills to address customer concerns in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in parts outside sales
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to close sales and negotiate with clients
• Strong organizational and communication ability
• Knowledge and understanding of auto industry products and procedures
