Field Sales Representative

Don Londrés Tequila is expanding in South Florida and we’re looking for motivated, early-career sales reps ready to break into the spirits industry on the retail side.

This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with some sales or customer‑facing experience who wants real‑world, in‑market exposure and a path into beverage alcohol sales. If you’re competitive, relationship‑driven, and excited to learn how premium spirits brands grow at the shelf level, this is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and develop within the industry.

You’ll spend your time in the field working directly with liquor stores and retail accounts — building relationships with store owners and buyers, driving placements, executing in‑store tastings, and helping expand our off‑premise footprint across your territory.

• Prospecting and opening new retail (off‑premise) accounts
• Building relationships with store owners, managers, and retail buyers
• Supporting in‑store tastings and retail promotions
• Working alongside distributor reps to secure placements and reorders
• Ensuring proper shelf placement, displays, and brand visibility
• Managing and growing your assigned retail territory

• Recent college graduates with some sales experience

Prior beverage alcohol experience is not required. We’re looking for coachable, driven individuals who want to learn the business from the ground up.

The first month will be commission‑based as part of a hands‑on training and ramp‑up period. High‑performing reps will have the opportunity to transition into a base salary plus commission structure thereafter.
