Job Description

We are a cosmetic clinic and seeking motivated, results‑driven Sales coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals for procedures that drive company growth.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead follow‑up
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to improve the customer journey

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management abilities
• Comfortable working with sales tools and CRM software
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience in the industry is a plus
• Negotiation and objection‑handling skills
