Dp Derm is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing national sales team in North Miami, FL.
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with medspas, dermatology clinics, and aesthetic professionals across the country. Your goal will be to connect with potential clients, qualify opportunities, and schedule high-quality meetings for our field Territory Account Executives. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within medical device sales, enjoys fast-paced work, and takes pride in helping providers discover cutting-edge skin health technology.
This is an in office role supporting our national sales team.

- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to medspas, dermatologists, and aesthetic professionals to introduce the Dermapen 4 and Dp Dermaceuticals product line.
- Book a minimum of 3 - 5 qualified meetings per day for Territory Account Executives using Hub Spot sequences and call workflows.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and nurture them to qualification.
- Identify prospective clients’ needs, treatment mix, and current microneedling systems to position the value of DP Derm solutions.
- Maintain clean, detailed, and accurate data in Hub Spot CRM including call notes, lead statuses, and pipeline movement.
- Partner with Territory Account Executives to ensure meetings are properly prepped and follow-up steps are tracked.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics, appointment goals, and conversion targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and competitive with a strong sense of accountability.
- Organized, coachable, and eager to learn from senior sales leaders.
- Comfortable using Hub Spot or similar CRM systems to track activity and pipeline.
- Professional, resilient, and able to handle high call volumes with consistency and enthusiasm.
- Interest in skincare, medical aesthetics, or medical device technology preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales, lead generation, or call center experience preferred.
- A background in aesthetics, skincare, or medical devices is a strong plus.
- Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$80,000+ (uncapped commissions)
