Position: NMLS Licensed Home Equity Sales
A company is looking for a Licensed Sales, Home Equity professional to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads and provide compliant information while understanding homeowners' circumstances Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, managing high volumes of daily calls Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and manage the pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary tools

Required Qualifications 2+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience with an active NMLS license in good standing Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Technical aptitude to master internal tools;
Salesforce experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance
