We are seeking highly motivated bilingual sales representatives to join our growing team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales. We sell new and used vehicles, have an open floor (no up-system) and have over 800 vehicles in stock.

This position is 100% commission biweekly letting you drive your income to what you want based on your hard work, dedication and sales. Our top salesperson can earn up to $200K per year. There is also an annual holiday bonus.

Requirements

• (2) years previous sales experience preferred
• AUTO SALES experience is a plus!
• Bilingual (written and spoken) both English and Spanish are required
• Professional appearance
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Integrity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are required
• Willing to learn, team player, receptive to new ideas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major infractions)
• Must pass a Drug Test

Sales Representatives typically get one day off per week. They will then work ½ day shift 9am-5pm or 1pm-9pm Monday-Friday, most of the day on Saturday 9am-8pm and rotate Sundays 10am-7pm.
