AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:
- Base Pay + Competitive Commissions with a total earning potential of $52,000 to $74,000+ a year. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease - Higher rent rate unit

Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc. - Longer lease term
: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
- Exceeding monthly goal
- 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community.
- Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need) to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended. You will keep all your benefits (including your 25% rent discount) during this unpaid break while you refresh and recharge during the holiday season!
- Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow‑up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique community and to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
- Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
- Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
- Contribute to community marketing efforts.
- Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
- Goal‑Driven and delighted in going above and beyond to provide a great customer service experience.
- Adaptable to a fast pace and shifting priorities.
- Nimble problem‑solver.
- Collaborative team player.
- Strong customer service/retail/hospitality/restaurant or sales background, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- 2 years customer service experience in a fast‑paced service environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- A reliable mode of transportation.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
