Sales Assistant

We’re seeking a motivated and polished Sales Assistant to support our business development and membership team within an exclusive matchmaking and lifestyle network for ambitious professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and has a natural talent for communication, organization, and relationship building.

You’ll work closely with the sales and membership directors to assist in lead management, client onboarding, and day-to-day operations that ensure every prospective member receives a seamless and exceptional experience.

• Support the sales team in managing inbound leads and scheduling consultations with prospective members.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely client information.
• Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Assist in qualifying potential members and ensuring they align with the network’s standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and client experience teams to optimize the lead-to-member journey.
• Track and report on lead conversions, follow-ups, and engagement metrics.
• Provide administrative support to senior sales staff and assist with special projects as needed.
