We are seeking a Pre Sales Consultant with experience in the food industry to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from identifying needs to presenting solutions, installation, and closing the sale. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical abilities, problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Client Requirements Analysis:
    Collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, particularly within the food industry.
  • Solution Presentation:
    Develop and present product demonstrations and customized solutions that address the client's specific issues.
  • Sales Support:
    Work closely with the sales team to develop technical and commercial proposals that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Business Case Development:
    Create business cases and ROI (Return on Investment) analyses that highlight the benefits of the proposed solutions.
  • Installation and Technical Training:
    Provide technical support and training to clients on the company's products and solutions.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the food industry and how they can be integrated into the company’s offered solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the adoption of new technologies.
  • Sales Closing and Post‑Sales Follow‑Up:
    Manage the closing of sales and conduct post‑sales follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Academic Background:
    Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Food Industry

    Experience:

    Minimum 3‑5 years of experience working with companies in the food industry, preferably in technical or consultative roles.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Knowledge of technology solutions applicable to the food industry, such as supply chain management software, ERP, quality control, and automation systems.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex solutions.
  • Customer Focus:
    Ability to build strong client relationships and understand their needs to propose solutions that add value.
  • Teamwork:
    Ability to work in a collaborative environment, supporting both the sales team and clients.
Desired Skills
  • ERP Software Knowledge:
    Experience with ERP software or industry‑specific management systems for the food sector.
