We’re a growing alternative lending firm providing Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) solutions to small businesses across the U.S. Are you a driven sales professional looking to join one of the top business funding firms in South Florida? We’re expanding our team and have two high-earning seats left for experienced Inside Sales Representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to business prospects - warm leads provided (B2B)
• Speak with decision-makers and qualify potential clients
• Build relationships, identify funding needs, and present tailored financial solutions
• Follow proven sales processes
• Track all activity in our CRM system
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals
• Collaborate closely with the sales and management team

Qualifications:

• No experience in sales required but needs to be driven, resilient, and highly competitive
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working with MS Office and web-based CRM portals
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional communication skills (phone, email, chat)
• Team player with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Clear, energetic, and persuasive communication skills.
• Eager to learn the MCA industry and follow proven sales systems.
