Now we're hiring to build even faster.
This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. You'll learn quick and get as much responsibility as you can handle. We look for 3 key traits:

What You’ll Be DoingOwning outbound execution across a defined set of target accounts
Identifying the right decision-makers and operators within each account
Running structured, multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, Linked In)
Qualifying accounts tightly before booking meetings
Booking meetings AEs agree are worth taking
Maintaining clean CRM notes and clear account context
Killing weak accounts early instead of forcing meetings
What Success Looks LikeFirst 30 days:
Learn the ICP, messaging, and outbound motion
Days 30–60:
Independently booking qualified meetings across target accounts
Post-60 days:
Consistent, high-quality pipeline with strong AE conversion
You have prior outbound SDR experience (SaaS preferred)
You’re comfortable working a finite, named account list
You know when to push + when to disqualify
You think in terms of account strategy, not just tasks
You’re direct with feedback and don’t take it personally
Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required
Compensation$70k base
$100k–$110k OTE based on qualified meetings and downstream performance
