The Role

We’re seeking a driven Software Account Executive to join our sales team. You’ll own the full sales cycle and play a direct role in driving company growth. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll help businesses understand how custom technology can transform their operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities (warm leads)
• Write detailed project scopes and proposals for clients
• Deliver demos and live walkthroughs of our portfolio
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients
• Collaborate with project and strategy teams to align client needs with solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in the United States
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle

• Tech or SaaS sales experience
• Familiarity with custom software or services
• Located in EST time zone
• Experience selling into service-based industries
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Compensation: $65,000–$49,000 per year ($42k-$45k base)
• Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$94,000
• Remote flexibility within the U.S.
• Growth opportunities as the company scales
