Miami, FL | Onsite | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

They are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a high‑energy, relationship‑focused sales environment. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys outbound outreach, account growth, and building long‑term partnerships.

• Generate new business through outbound calls, prospecting, and lead follow‑up
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and pricing
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
• Follow up consistently to drive retention and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• 1–3 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or customer‑facing experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Reliable, organized, and goal‑oriented

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience in food distribution, CPG, wholesale, or B2B sales
• Data‑driven mindset with strong follow‑up skills
