Ceramika Tile is a growing premium tile and flooring showroom serving homeowners, contractors, and interior designers throughout Miami. We specialize in high-quality porcelain and surface materials for residential and renovation projects.
We are seeking a polished, motivated Showroom Sales Executive who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team focused on driving showroom revenue and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a sales professional who is confident guiding clients through product selection, preparing quotes, and closing projects while contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
Our sales approach is team-oriented: we work together to convert traffic, support clients, and grow total store performance.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist walk-in clients in the showroom
- Guide customers through tile and flooring selections based on project goals and budget
- Prepare quotes and follow up consistently to close opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors, designers, and repeat customers
- Contribute to achieving monthly showroom revenue targets
- Maintain a professional, organized showroom environment
- 3+ years of experience in showroom or high-ticket retail sales
(flooring, kitchen & bath, stone, appliances, paint, furniture, etc.)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Tile or flooring experience is a plus, but strong sales ability is essential.
- 1.5% commission on total sales
- Estimated annual earnings:$42,000 – $70,000+
