As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll connect with warm leads generated from website purchases and ongoing marketing campaigns. You won’t be cold calling — you’ll be speaking with existing customers who already know our brand
This is a high-volume, consultative sales role where your ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and confidently close deals directly impacts your earning potential. If you’re motivated, competitive, and love winning, this is a role where you can truly thrive
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce upgrades, add-ons, and additional packages
- Build strong relationships and uncover customer needs through a consultative sales approach
- Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward a close
- Manage and prioritize a steady pipeline of warm leads
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and offerings
- Unlimited earning potential — base salary + uncapped commissions (top performers earn six figures annually)
