We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executives to lead our team in recognizing opportunities, cultivating relationships, and transforming leads into enduring partnerships. As a Senior Account Executive, you will leverage your extensive product knowledge and industry expertise to engage directly with clients and prospects. This role will involve understanding individual needs, recommending strategic solutions, and collaborating with team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to work both remotely and on-site as dictated by business needs. Must be available to come to the office as required.
Essential Job Functions- Oversee and support current and potential customers, National Accounts, and MLR territory Representatives
- Lead and participate in making strategic cold calls and outreach to prospects
- Guide and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their needs are met by providing quotes, obtaining ratings, and delivering updates
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our products and services to prospective buyers
- Analyze data to identify trends, inform decision‑making, and optimize sales strategies
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends, providing strategic insights to enhance market positioning
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of contact information
- Foster long‑lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience
- Manage escalated complaints and lead negotiations to achieve resolutions
- Represent the company at industry shows, customer events, and meetings, contributing to brand visibility and market presence
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Additional education or experience, preferred
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of industry trends, products, and services
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
- Adaptable multitasker
- Self-driven
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs and manage the negotiation process
Strong time management skills - Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software
