Sales Operations Coordinator – Miami (FL)

We are a fast-growing international tech company with teams across Europe and the US. To support our growing operations in the US, we are looking for an Admin / Logistics & Sales Support professional to join our South Florida team.

SEA.AI develops AI-powered thermal camera systems that improve safety and situational awareness at sea by automatically detecting and classifying objects, day and night.

This is a key operational role supporting logistics, finance coordination, marketing events, and sales support
. You’ll work closely with US and EU teams to keep orders, shipments, events, and inbound sales activity running smoothly.

• Process and validate customer POs and invoices
• Coordinate shipments between Austria and the US
• Manage customer deliveries, stock, and inventory
• Issue invoices in Stripe and track payments
• Support trade shows, demos, and marketing logistics
• Track and reorder marketing materials and demo units
• Support inbound leads and assist the sales team

• Experience in admin, logistics, operations, or sales support
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Spanish is a plus

• Base salary: USD 40,000 – 65,000 per year
