The Role (Detailed)
As Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will own and lead LDX Digital’s entire sales and partnership function. You’ll be responsible for inbound revenue, strategic partnerships, referral programs, and sales process optimization — while remaining hands-on with high-value deals.
This is a senior, highly visible role working directly with the CEO and COO to shape how LDX grows. You will act as the face of LDX to prospective clients and partners, setting standards for sales excellence, communication, and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, enterprise prospects, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Own the full sales lifecycle: inbound qualification, discovery, sales calls, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Conduct high-quality sales discovery calls and follow up consistently across all communication channels.
• Confidently represent LDX’s value proposition to high-value eCommerce brands and partners.
• Build, manage, and scale a structured partnership and referral system (affiliates, agencies, founders, operators, and ecosystem partners).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and track performance and payouts.
• Communicate with potential leads via Telegram, Whats App, iMessage, email, Slack, and Zoom, ensuring fast, professional follow-up.
• Collaborate with the CEO, COO, marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with marketing and client success.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and deal notes in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Click Up).
• Attend and represent LDX at industry events, webinars, masterminds, and networking opportunities.
• Potentially conduct in-person meetings with qualified prospects and partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and partnership goals.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
• Own sales strategy, pipeline structure, and closing standards.
• Design and continuously improve sales processes, scripts, qualification frameworks, and follow-up systems.
• Provide feedback to leadership on market demand, objections, pricing, and positioning.
• Help define future sales hires, onboarding, and training as the team scales.
Requirements
• 3–6+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record of closing deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce services.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly confident on video calls, live chats, and in-person meetings.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable owning relationships from first contact through long-term partnership.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and sales tools.
