What to Expect
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Rixos & All Inclusive Collection Hotels, promoting the brand at major market events and client engagements
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts in the LATAM and U.S. markets
  • Lead sales blitzes to drive revenue through proactive outreach in targeted areas
  • Prepare accurate revenue reports and forecasts, highlighting insights for growth opportunities
What is Required
  • 8+ years of senior sales experience within luxury and/or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic/key accounts
  • Strong commercial expertise in luxury or all-inclusive resort sales
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct business negotiations in both languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in building and leveraging high-value partnerships and closing complex commercial agreements
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in forecasting and performance reporting
  • Executive presence and credibility as a senior brand ambassador
  • Familiarity with pricing and selective selling strategies in luxury hospitality
  • Willingness to travel internationally
