Quantum Surgical Incorporated has entered into an agreement with Johnson & Johnson to acquire the NEUWAVE business, anticipated to close in Q1 2026. If you are appointed, you will be employed by Quantum Surgical Incorporated under its employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
Neu Wave Medical®, a division of Ethicon, LLC, is recruiting for an Account Manager to join our fast‑paced, highly collaborative team focused on delivering market‑leading innovations worldwide.
Account Manager Responsibilities- Generate and develop disposable, equipment, and service sales through ongoing account relationship management.
- Manage the selling lifecycle to achieve consistent, profitable, and sustainable revenue from promotion, selling, supporting, and servicing Neu Wave solutions.
- Create value‑creation strategies to strengthen relationships, protect from competitors, and grow accounts.
- Negotiate and manage service agreement contracts.
- Develop and deliver professional education events tailored to each market, utilizing deep tool knowledge.
- Serve as a technical consultant to physicians during live cases.
- Oversee implementation and account development of capital equipment solutions in hospitals.
- Understand the roles of physicians, nurses, support staff, and administrators to design solutions that meet short‑ and long‑term needs.
- Monitor hospital strategies and marketplace developments; communicate insights to business partners to develop account strategy.
- Develop sales plans by account and category, including risk mitigation, using sales planning tools.
- Anticipate and recognize account issues; create, communicate, implement, and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Meet regularly with hospital administrators, directors, and managers to review disposable sales trends and explore opportunities.
- Optimize sales revenue at existing customers through physician and staff education.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant medical device, health‑care, and/or business‑to‑business sales experience.
Preferred:
- Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements.
- Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating high performance, influence, and selling skills.
- Capital equipment experience.
- Market development or product launch experience.
- Strong business acumen, including executive/C‑Suite customer experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%–60%.
- Application review: CV assessment to align skills and experience with the role.
- Video interview: brief recorded interview followed by a telephone call to explain the process.
- Team interviews: one or two rounds with the hiring manager and team members.
- Recruitment updates: ongoing communication with status updates.
- Final steps: country‑specific checks and onboarding guidance.
- Feedback survey: post‑process feedback request to improve future candidate experience.
