Compensation: $17.25 - $24.00 / hour
- Assist in coordinating and executing various events from inception to completion.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and managing client inquiries.
- Create and update event documentation, including budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all logistical details are met.
- Help design and produce promotional materials for events and sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and event opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and Sales team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or sales support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
