Loan Officer at Iconic Mortgage Corp. (NMLS# 1547953)

We are looking for motivated licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who can handle a high-volume loan pipeline and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Applicants must have an active Florida license and be comfortable managing up to 70+ loans per day.

• Base salary plus a commissions structure with no draw
• Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus for top performers
• Remote work with a Florida license required; we pay for state‑license renewals
• Medical, dental, and health insurance included
• Marketing budget of $5,000+ per month; leads supplied through our contact center
• Three administrative staff members assisting each Loan Officer
• Continuing education and ongoing training provided by the company

• Receive 10–15 warm transfers daily from our contact center and close loans efficiently
• Identify the best product for each client, lock the loan at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless package
• Follow up with borrowers on remaining documentation after the initial submission
• Leverage strong sales presentation skills to build relationships and increase conversions
• Work closely with multiple Loan Processors to move loans to completion while focusing on new originations
• Maintain high responsiveness and communication with borrowers and internal partners

• Current Florida MLO license, NMLS SAFE ACT compliant
• Minimum 1 year of Mortgage Loan Origination experience (preferred 1 year of high‑volume phone sales)
• Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to a high‑call‑volume environment
• Excellent follow‑up and communication skills with borrowers and teammates
