Sales Leader, Industrial Vertical

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive sales and business development for the Industrial Vertical (Manufacturing & Utilities) across the Americas.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams, SEs, and partners to advance industrial use‑case driven opportunities.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements, positioning OT and industrial security solutions aligned to operational and business needs.
  • Act as the Industrial Security Subject Matter Expert for the Americas field organization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Vertical GTM, and Services teams to refine use cases, messaging, and GTM execution.
Qualifications
  • Industrial Vertical Sales Manager or similar role with 8+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales.
  • Proven background selling into Manufacturing, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of OT Security, IC systems, and industrial network architectures.
  • Experience working with distributed field sales organizations and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to lead executive‑level discussions with CISO, CIO, OT, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Fluent in English;
    Spanish is an advantage.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
  • Experience with Network Security, Segmentation, Threat Prevention, or Visibility solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial standards and frameworks relevant to OT environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a natural team‑player mindset.
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently in a strategic role.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industrial security trends.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
