About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. You will be the engine of our sales process, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with carriers and shippers, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.

In the fast-paced world of logistics, things move quickly. We need someone who can think on their feet, communicate clearly, and navigate complexինը shipping needs with بمن.

• Lead Generation:
  Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their supply chain needs.
• Negotiation:
  Quote competitive rates and negotiate contracts with shippers and carriers to ensure profitable margins.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless shipment’imageécution and customer satisfaction.
• CRM Management:
  Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.

• Excellent Communication:
  You are a "people person" who can explain complex logistics solutions clearly and persuasively over the phone and via email.
• Bilingual Skills (Required/Preferred):
  Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverseفا client base and carrier network.

  Previous experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, or transportation is a major plus.

  You have a "thick skin" for cold calling and the drive to hit (and exceed) monthly sales targets.
