Our client, a rapidly expanding full-service commercial truck dealership network
, is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their growing team in Miami, FL!

They operate 30+ dealerships across the U.S., offering new and used medium- and heavy-duty trucks, leasing/rental options, parts, maintenance, and full lifecycle support. With partnerships across multiple major manufacturers, their team has unmatched product depth, resources, and career growth opportunities.

• Base salary + uncapped commissions (Top reps earn $400K+; bottom performers still $100K+)
• 6–12 month guarantee (First year OTE $100–150K )
• Existing book + new business (first hire is 50/50 split
  )

• Prospect and generate new business with fleet owners, trucking companies, and local operators
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor
• Present truck solutions, leasing/financing options, and tailored proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to close and delivery coordination
• Maintain relationships with new clients and drive future sales
• Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM

• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience (MUST be a hunter!)
• Ability to manage a territory and build a client base
• Strong relationship-building + fearless prospecting mindset
• Trucking/mechanical aptitude helpful (not required)
• Capital equipment sales experience is a plus
