We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Sales Manager in Miami, FL. The candidate will bring tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the U.S. compressed‑air market. Prior experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities- Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
- Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in the assigned branch territory.
- Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed‑air design principles.
- Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.
- HS Diploma (required);
College degree (preferred). - 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
- Ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
- Strong leadership skills, motivating and mentoring sales, service, and office staff.
- Bi‑lingual preferred (English and Spanish).
- Clean driving record (required).
- Computer skills (required).
- SAP experience is a plus.
