Job Summary: We’re looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Miami office team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity to launch your career in business development within the rapidly growing animal health industry.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and inbound lead follow‑up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with veterinary practices and purchasing teams across assigned territories.
  • Learn and communicate core product knowledge, directing customers to internal experts when needed.
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity—including daily calls and timely responses to customer communications.
  • Follow established sales processes to meet monthly activity and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outreach campaigns and ensure all leads receive timely follow‑up.
  • Provide a courteous, professional, and “world‑class” experience to every customer.
  • Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn while embracing coaching and mentorship.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in business development, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow.
  • Previous sales or call‑center experience is a plus but not required
    .
  • Passion for the animal health, medical, or pharmaceutical space is a bonus.
