We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate Sales Executive (US Staffing) to work with us in the IT Staffing & Consulting domain. Ideal candidate should be a dynamic self‑starter, who loves to hunt and acquire new customers and help grow our current US and Caribbean customer base. Able to generate leads & close sales through cold calls and emails for new business development.

Minimum

Experience Required

3 to 6 Years of US Sales experience, preferably from US Staffing domain

Sales training is a plus

Academic Requirements

Minimum Bachelors/Master Degree

Requirements
  • Bring strong set of customer accounts that can be immediately contracted with and staffed
  • 3 to 6 years of Business Development experience in hunting and acquiring new customers in US IT/Software staffing business
  • Experience managing customer accounts, contracts and recruiters
  • Experience working with customers in the US
  • Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication
  • Strong team player with a great attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter)
  • Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet targets for getting IT staffing requirements from US, Europe and Caribbean customers and work with recruitment to fill those requirements
  • Work independently and under the supervision of the CxO team to seek out and acquire new customers’ business in Software IT staffing in the US, Europe and Caribbean markets
  • Work with US, Europe and Caribbean customers to acquire new business
  • Use Linked In and other tools to prospect and secure new business from US, Europe and Caribbean in IT Staffing and consulting
  • Build a pipeline of new customer prospects
  • Primarily responsible for lead generation; it’s a plus if you have experience in end‑to‑end sales process—generate leads, qualify, prospect, close and contract
  • Use various tools such as Linked In and other means to acquire new customers
  • Work with the recruiting team to staff and fill IT Staffing requirements
