Business Development & Sales Manager – Agrochemicals (U.S. Market)

• Execute a business development and sales strategy for the U.S. market.
• Identify and engage distributors, partners, and key commercial contacts in the United States.
• Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth from initial market entry.
• Support and coordinate agrochemical registration and regulatory processes with internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.
• Represent the company in commercial meetings, trade shows, and industry events in the U.S.

• Experience in agrochemicals, crop protection, or agribusiness.
• Background in business development or B2B sales in the U.S. market.
• Familiarity with regulatory and registration processes for agrochemical products (direct or indirect).
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Fluent in English;
  Spanish is a strong plus.
