• Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers.
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints and provide product information to customers.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics.

• Prior sales experience in similar roles.
• Experience in B2B and software sales.
• In‑depth understanding of sales and customer service principles.
• Strong knowledge of the market and customer dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptability and teamwork.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills.
