- Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors
- Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs
- Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion
- Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept
- Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach
- Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes
- Work proactively to meet business goals and team performance targets
- Assist with administrative tasks and team projects as needed
- Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written)
- Financial industry experience is a plus
- Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2‑15, 2‑14) are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Team‑player mindset with a professional, service‑focused attitude
- High‑quality appointments scheduled for financial advisors
- Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect tracking
- Measurable contribution to business growth through sales performance
- Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative teams
- Professional, client‑focused communication at all times
- Full‑time, role based in Miami, FL
- Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support
$60,000–$90,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses). Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
