Here at Ingenuity Technologies Inc. we’re looking for a Telesales Executive who can help to generate leads, sales, and potential relationships with new customers and clients. We’re looking for a problem solver with flawless communication skills who will represent the business in a way that matches our values and tone.
You’ll be fully trained on our products and services and will work closely with our sales and further customer service team to ensure expertise in every area.

- Creating contact lists with potential customers details listed.
- Helping to form and improve a script which can be used to lead conversations with customers.
- Using communication techniques in order to improve sales and leads.
- Work towards sales targets.
- Answer questions or complaints from customers.
- Collate lists of any frequent complaints or questions from customers and pass these along to the relevant departments.
- Work with sales and product teams to stay up to date on new features of our products/services.
