The Sales Regional Manager for the US & Canada is a full-time position. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals in the region (mid‑west and western US and Canada territories). Key responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer support. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with internal teams, create proposals, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales objectives while representing the company's values and high standards.

• Proven skills in sales strategy, business development, and client acquisition
• Experience in account management, relationship‑building, and customer service
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US & Canada and manage priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
